Becoming an accredited HaloHealth Angel Investor member means that you believe in our mission, understand and will abide by our Code of Conduct, understand the risks of angel investing as outlined in our Investment Risk Disclosure, and are an individual accredited investor as per your respective provincial or territorial Securities Commissions definitions. Some examples of corporate members include family offices & small to medium-sized investment organizations/corporations.
HaloHealth Corporate Angel Investor members must be Accredited Investors.
