Understanding: Becoming an accredited HaloHealth Angel Investor member means that you believe in our mission, understand and will abide by our Code of Conduct, understand the risks of angel investing as outlined in our Investment Risk Disclosure, and is an individual accredited investor as per your respective provincial or territorial Securities Commissions definitions. 02. Complete the following application form below.
03. Carefully read the disclosures outlined in the application form to understand what it means to be an accredited HaloHealth Angel Investor member.
04. Please note that signatures of the agreements below only become binding once your membership application is approved and accepted by the HaloHealth team.
05. Once your application is approved, a HaloHealth team member will be in contact with you via e-mail to welcome you to HaloHealth.
